Ingredients

- 300 grams (1 1/4 cups) unsweetened Greek-style yogurt
- 200 ml (~2/3 cup) non-dairy milk or dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Zest of a lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 65 grams (6 tablespoons) chia seeds
- Tiny pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, non-dairy milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Whisk in the chia seeds along with a tiny pinch of sea salt until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
- Stir before serving and top with your favorite toppings like fresh berries or granola, if desired.
Notes
Make a double batch to enjoy throughout the week. Can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.
