  • 1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Whisk together all dry ingredients in large bowl
  3. Mix vegetable broth, tomato paste, oil, soy sauce, and liquid smoke in separate bowl
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until dough forms
  5. Knead dough for 2-3 minutes until elastic
  6. Shape into 4-inch diameter log
  7. Wrap tightly in parchment paper and aluminum foil
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until firm
  9. Cool for 15 minutes before unwrapping and slicing
