- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until dough-like consistency is achieved (2-3 minutes).
- Stir in dairy-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press evenly into the bottom.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
- Lift the bars out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Ensure nut butter is at room temperature for easier mixing. Leftover bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerated for a week.
