- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Non-Dairy Milk (Almond, Oat or Soy)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2–1 cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
- Add non-dairy milk and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and baking soda to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
- Gently fold in dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for enhanced flavor and chewiness. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
