A guilt-free twist on the classic apple crumble, made entirely vegan with wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients

- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the sliced apples with lemon juice and cinnamon. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and nutmeg. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apples, pressing down lightly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with vegan ice cream or custard.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
