- 1 cup icing sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, ground almonds, and sugar; mix well.
- Incorporate the vegan butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently knead the dough until it comes together.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Shape pieces of dough into logs and curve them into crescent shapes.
- Place on baking sheets, about an inch apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottoms.
- Let cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar.
