  • Aleppo chili flakes or Urfa biber (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add 3/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup tahini, and 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves.
  2. Use a whisk to combine them into a creamy mixture, about 1-2 minutes of vigorous whisking.
  3. Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste; if desired, add lemon juice for tang.
  4. If using fat-free yogurt, incorporate 1 teaspoon olive oil for texture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Garnish with fresh herbs and chili flakes before serving.
