- 1 1/2 lbs Salmon fillets (6 x 4 ounce pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil or unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar until well combined.

- Check for a dark brown crust, then flip the fillet.
- Lower the heat to medium and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes, or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C).
- Remove the salmon and serve with lemon or lime.
