Ingredients

- 7 Dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/2 Apple, diced
- 3/4 Cup Thick Yogurt (Greek, skyr, or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1/4 Cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
- 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 2 Teaspoons Hard Coconut Oil
- 1 Pinch Flaky Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the thick yogurt, almond butter, dates, and diced apple until thoroughly combined.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and drop the mixture into 5-6 golf ball-sized clusters.
- Freeze clusters for 1-2 hours or until completely hardened.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dunk each cluster in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Return to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw for a few minutes before enjoying if frozen.
