Ingredients

  • 7 Dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Apple, diced
  • 3/4 Cup Thick Yogurt (Greek, skyr, or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Teaspoons Hard Coconut Oil
  • 1 Pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the thick yogurt, almond butter, dates, and diced apple until thoroughly combined.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and drop the mixture into 5-6 golf ball-sized clusters.
  3. Freeze clusters for 1-2 hours or until completely hardened.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dunk each cluster in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  6. Return to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for later.

Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let thaw for a few minutes before enjoying if frozen.
