- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1 & 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Sriracha almonds, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place the washed and dried green beans on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.
- Roast the green beans in the oven for 9 minutes.
- Stir and continue roasting for another 6 minutes until crisp-tender and slightly caramelized.
- Toss green beans with chopped Sriracha almonds while still hot.
- Serve immediately as a side dish.
Notes
Ensure the beans are dried thoroughly before roasting to avoid sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
