- 1 pound fresh strawberries (stems trimmed, halved lengthwise)
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the halved strawberries in a single layer over the parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey until well combined.
- Drizzle the glaze over the strawberries and gently toss to coat them evenly.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast the strawberries for about 25 minutes, tossing them halfway through.
- Once roasted, remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be made a day in advance.
