Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the halved strawberries in a single layer over the parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the glaze over the strawberries and gently toss to coat them evenly.
  6. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast the strawberries for about 25 minutes, tossing them halfway through.
  7. Once roasted, remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
