Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Stir until fully mixed. Press the mixture into a tart pan.
- Chill the Crust: Place the crust in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
- Prepare the Filling: In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut cream over low heat until smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract and powdered sugar if desired.
- Fill the Tart: Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours until fully set.
