- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk until just simmering, then remove from heat.
- Add chopped dark chocolate to hot coconut milk and stir until melted and smooth.
- Pour the ganache into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, slice and serve chilled, optionally with coconut whipped cream or fresh berries.
