Delicious Middle Eastern Tofu Kebabs that are bursting with flavor and perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Press the tofu: Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object on top for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the tofu: Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Whisk the marinade: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk well until smooth.
- Marinate the tofu: Add cubed tofu to the marinade, gently folding to coat. Allow to sit for 15 minutes to one hour.
- Preheat your grill: Preheat the grill on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Skewer the tofu: Thread the marinated tofu onto the skewers.
- Grill time: Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with dipping sauce or in pita wraps.
Notes
Tofu should be at room temperature before pressing. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
