Description

A refreshing blend of hibiscus tea, fresh lemon juice, and sparkling water, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 hibiscus tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • About 1 cup sparkling water
  • Desired amount of ice

Instructions

  1. Steep the hibiscus tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, then cool.
  2. Remove the tea bag and blend the tea with mint, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and optional sweetener.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the hibiscus mix halfway, and top with sparkling water.
  4. Store any leftover hibiscus mix in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
