Ingredients

- 1 cup hot water
- 1 hibiscus tea bag
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- About 1 cup sparkling water
- Desired amount of ice
Instructions
- Steep the hibiscus tea bag in 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, then cool.
- Remove the tea bag and blend the tea with mint, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and optional sweetener.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour in the hibiscus mix halfway, and top with sparkling water.
- Store any leftover hibiscus mix in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
