Description

A refreshing iced latte that combines matcha, honey, and vanilla for a delicious treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 teaspoons Matcha (high-quality ceremonial grade)
  • 1/4 cup Warm Water (175°F for optimal blending)
  • 1/21 tablespoon Manuka Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • A pinch of Mineral Salt
  • 3/4 cup Milk of Choice (dairy, almond, oat, coconut)
  • Optional: Bee pollen (for decoration and added nutrients)

Instructions

  1. Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha into a small bowl. Whisk it with 1/4 cup of warm water for about 30 seconds until fully combined.
  2. In a separate container, combine 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2-1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of mineral salt. Blend until frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the prepared matcha over the ice followed by the creamy milk mixture.
  4. Optional: Top with bee pollen for added nutrients.
  5. Stir gently to combine and enjoy!

Notes

Be careful not to use boiling water for the matcha; it can lead to a bitter taste. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
