Ingredients

- 1–2 teaspoons Matcha (high-quality ceremonial grade)
- 1/4 cup Warm Water (175°F for optimal blending)
- 1/2–1 tablespoon Manuka Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- A pinch of Mineral Salt
- 3/4 cup Milk of Choice (dairy, almond, oat, coconut)
- Optional: Bee pollen (for decoration and added nutrients)
Instructions
- Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha into a small bowl. Whisk it with 1/4 cup of warm water for about 30 seconds until fully combined.
- In a separate container, combine 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2-1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste, and a pinch of mineral salt. Blend until frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the prepared matcha over the ice followed by the creamy milk mixture.
- Optional: Top with bee pollen for added nutrients.
- Stir gently to combine and enjoy!
Notes
Be careful not to use boiling water for the matcha; it can lead to a bitter taste. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
