  • Author: ranimellcgmail-com

  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

A refreshing blend of sweet peaches and creamy Greek yogurt that’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 juicy peaches – diced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make sure your peaches are frozen and your yogurt is cold.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides about four times, taking about 2 minutes.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more honey or vanilla if needed.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for about 2 hours for firmer yogurt.
  5. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as additional honey, bee pollen, or crushed nuts.

Notes

For best results, use frozen peaches. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
