A refreshing drink made with watermelon and coconut water, enhanced with mineral salt for a healthy electrolyte boost.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon (from 1 half of a baby watermelon)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon mineral salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Watermelon: Cut the baby watermelon in half, scoop out the flesh, and measure out 3 cups of watermelon for the blender.
  2. Add to the Blender: Place the watermelon chunks in a blender with 1 cup of coconut water and 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of mineral salt.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste Test and Adjust: Taste the blend and adjust sweetness or saltiness as necessary.
  5. Serve Over Ice: Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.

Best enjoyed cold; store in the fridge for up to three days.
