Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals of 30 seconds until smooth.
- Blend the melted chocolate with full-fat cottage cheese in a food processor until creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and layer sliced strawberries on top.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle flaky sea salt before slicing into squares.
