- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and ensure your almond butter is at room temperature for easy mixing.
- Blend the Base: In a food processor or blender, add the cottage cheese, cacao powder, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
- Taste Test: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Mold It: Pour the chocolate mixture into popsicle molds and leave a little room at the top for expansion.
- Freeze: Cover with popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
