Ingredients

- 1 and 1/2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Greek or Skyr yogurt
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 and 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Optional toppings: Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, cacao powder, Greek yogurt, and chocolate protein powder. Mix until smooth.
- Form the Clusters: Spoon the mixture onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, aiming for six dollops.
- Freeze the Clusters: Freeze for about 1 to 2 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in intervals until melted and smooth.
- Dunk the Clusters: Coat each frozen cluster in melted chocolate and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Final Freeze: Place chocolate-coated clusters back in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
- Enjoy: Once set, they’re ready to grab and go!
Notes
Make sure your yogurt is at room temperature for easier mixing. These clusters can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
