Instructions
- Start by pitting the cherries. If using frozen cherries, let them thaw a bit.
- Add the fresh cherries, coconut water, mineral salt, and lime juice to your blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. If a smoother texture is desired, strain through a fine mesh sieve.
- Pour the mixture over ice in a glass. Serve in mason jars or fancy glasses.
