Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 150 grams (3/4 cup) frozen mango
- 100 grams (2/3 cup) frozen spinach (or about 20 grams fresh)
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) non-dairy milk (or any milk of your choice)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the avocado is ripe and the banana is peeled for easy blending.
- In your blender, add the banana, frozen mango, frozen spinach, avocado, grated ginger, and milk.
- Cover and blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds, scraping down sides if needed, until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For optimal flavor, consume the smoothie fresh. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for a maximum of 24 hours.
