  • 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) non-dairy milk (or any milk of your choice)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Ensure the avocado is ripe and the banana is peeled for easy blending.
  2. In your blender, add the banana, frozen mango, frozen spinach, avocado, grated ginger, and milk.
