- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Garlic Butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo shells in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then drain and cool.
- In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, ½ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Pour 1 cup of marinara into a baking dish and spread it around.
- Arrange the stuffed shells seam-side up in the dish.
- Drizzle the remaining marinara over the shells and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.
Notes
Use room temperature garlic butter for easy mixing. Customizations like sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes can add extra flavor.
