  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch brownie pan with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the Base: In a food processor or high-speed blender, add the drained white beans, maple syrup, brown sugar, tahini, oil, and vanilla. Blend until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Mix in the Dry Ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, and salt, then pulse until just combined.
  4. Add the Chocolate: Pour the batter into the lined pan, fold in chocolate chips, and spread evenly.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking for a toothpick to come out clean with a few moist crumbs.
