- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let them cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or refrigerate for a week. Brownies freeze well for up to three months.
