- 1 package of Buldak Carbonara
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- Hot ramen water (to desired consistency)
- Chili oil (for garnish)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 1 boiled egg (optional)
- Crispy onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix the cheese packet, spice packet, mayonnaise, and egg yolk in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Spoon boiling water into the mayo mixture while stirring to emulsify the egg into the sauce.
- Add cooked noodles to the sauce and mix gently to coat.
- Top with chili oil, green onion, crispy onions, and a jammy egg if desired.
Notes
Try adding soy sauce or sesame oil for enhanced flavor. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days.
