  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Hot ramen water (to desired consistency)
  • Chili oil (for garnish)
  • 1 green onion (sliced)
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • Crispy onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cheese packet, spice packet, mayonnaise, and egg yolk in a medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Spoon boiling water into the mayo mixture while stirring to emulsify the egg into the sauce.
  4. Add cooked noodles to the sauce and mix gently to coat.
  5. Top with chili oil, green onion, crispy onions, and a jammy egg if desired.

Notes
