Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  2. Add in the flour, whisking until a thick paste forms and cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add in the milk while whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth (3-5 minutes).
  4. Increase the heat slightly and bring to a gentle boil to thicken.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar until melted, then mix in the Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  6. Serve warm with pretzels.

Notes
