Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Soak the Lentils: Place dried lentils in a bowl, cover with water, and let soak for about 2 hours. Rinse and drain.
