Description

Delightful little bites made from pitted cherries mixed with yogurt and coated in dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and quartered
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, add vanilla extract, quartered cherries, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, forming five clusters about 2 inches wide.
  4. Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen cluster in the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over each cluster if desired.
  8. Freeze for another 10-15 minutes until chocolate is set.
  9. Enjoy right away!

Notes

Let the clusters freeze until very firm before dipping in chocolate for best results.
