Description
Delightful little bites made from pitted cherries mixed with yogurt and coated in dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cherries, pitted and quartered
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened or sweetened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or olive oil)
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, add vanilla extract, quartered cherries, and Greek yogurt. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, forming five clusters about 2 inches wide.
- Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen cluster in the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt over each cluster if desired.
- Freeze for another 10-15 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Enjoy right away!
Notes
Let the clusters freeze until very firm before dipping in chocolate for best results.
