- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried dill

- Drain and pat dry the broccoli.
- Flatten each floret using the bottom of a cup to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Mix olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, vegan parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the seasoning mix on both sides of the smashed broccoli.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- To prepare the dipping sauce, mix dairy-free yogurt, lemon juice, and dried dill in a bowl.

Notes
Ensure broccoli is dried thoroughly after boiling for extra crispiness. Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
