  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the tofu cubes, cooking until golden brown on all sides (10-12 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and soy sauce, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add nutritional yeast, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
