Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients: ground turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, onion, celery, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix gently.
  3. Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the balls halfway through. They are done when golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let them rest for 3 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

You can use leftover stuffing and tweak the ingredients to suit your taste.
