Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients: ground turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, onion, celery, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and beaten egg. Mix gently.
- Form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the balls halfway through. They are done when golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let them rest for 3 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
You can use leftover stuffing and tweak the ingredients to suit your taste.
