- 1 cup whole milk cottage cheese

- 1/2 cup grated cheese (sharp cheddar recommended)
- Optional: Up to 1 cup of chopped vegetables or meats
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a 9-inch baking dish with oil or butter.
- In a bowl, blend the eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the grated cheese and any additional fillings.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh eggs and allow ingredients to come to room temperature before mixing. Serve with fresh herbs for extra flavor.
