Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • Coconut oil (as needed for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add raspberries, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cacao powder. Mix until smooth.
  2. Spoon out the mixture onto a lined sheet pan into 6 clusters.
  3. Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dunk each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and return to the freezer for 10-15 minutes until set.
