Ingredients

- 1 heaping cup raspberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips or chunks
- Coconut oil (as needed for melting chocolate)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add raspberries, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cacao powder. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon out the mixture onto a lined sheet pan into 6 clusters.
- Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dunk each frozen cluster into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and return to the freezer for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Enjoy or store for later.
