Ingredients

- 3 cups (720 ml) dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup (60 g) cornstarch
- 2 1/2 oz (70 g) sugar of choice
- 1/2 cup (50 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 oz (70 g) dairy-free chocolate
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch (20 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan, add the dairy-free milk and whisk in cornstarch, cocoa powder, and your chosen sweetener. Stir thoroughly until there are no lumps.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat while whisking occasionally until the mixture thickens.
- Break or chop the dairy-free chocolate into small pieces.
- Once the mixture is creamy, add the chocolate and whisk continuously, reducing heat if too thick.
- Remove from heat and pour the chocolate mixture into the lined loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight for better texture.
- Invert the loaf onto a cutting board, dust with cocoa powder, slice, and enjoy.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate ganache or serve with fresh berries.
