- 50 grams chia seeds
- 60 ml maple syrup or honey
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Coconut whipped cream (for serving)
- Fresh berries (for serving)
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: Add the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is velvety smooth.
- Chill the Mixture: Transfer the mousse mixture to a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for about two hours or until the mousse is fully set and thickened.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once set, divide the mousse equally into glasses or small bowls. Serve cold, topped with coconut whipped cream and garnish with fresh berries.
Notes
Ensure the coconut milk is at room temperature before blending for a smooth consistency. You can make this ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
