- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans) or 1 1/2 cups cooked
- 1 tablespoon sesame or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mineral salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Prepare your chickpeas by draining, rinsing, and patting them dry.
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
- Season the chickpeas with oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and salt; mix well.
- Roast in the oven for about 40-50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Ensure chickpeas are dry for maximum crunch. Store in an airtight container with airflow to keep them crispy.
