Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200 g) dried chickpeas
  • Water for soaking and blending (3/4-1 cup or 180-240 ml)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasonings
  • 12 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight, then drain thoroughly.
  2. Blend the soaked chickpeas with 3/4 cup of fresh water and the salt until smooth.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with oiled parchment paper.
  4. Spread the chickpea mixture evenly on the tray.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Cut into desired shapes and loosen from parchment.
  8. Drizzle with oil, toss gently, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Cool on baking sheet before serving.
