Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Flax Eggs: Combine flaxseed meal with water in a small bowl, stir, and let sit for 15 minutes until gelled.
  2. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Make the Chai Spice Blend: In a small bowl, combine all spices for the chai blend.
  4. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, shredded coconut, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chai spice blend. Stir until mixed.
