- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and drizzle with olive oil, coating every side.
- Generously sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mixture over the salmon, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
