  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and drizzle with olive oil, coating every side.
  4. Generously sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mixture over the salmon, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the seasoned salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
