Mouthwatering Buffalo Chicken Nachos, a perfect game day treat combining crispy tortilla chips with creamy buffalo chicken and melting cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 bag (11 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

  1. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, combine the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Stir occasionally until melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Gradually add in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Arrange the tortilla chips on a large platter or baking sheet in an even layer.
  5. Pour the buffalo chicken mixture over the chips, then drizzle with ranch dressing and top with blue cheese and green onion.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
