- 4 pieces salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 pieces green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Pat each salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
- Generously season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Place salmon in the pan, skin-side down. Cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes.
- Gently flip the salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked to your liking.
- Whisk together mayonnaise (or yogurt), sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- Stir in half of the chopped green onions.
- Transfer salmon to plates and drizzle Bang Bang sauce over each fillet. Top with the remaining green onions.
