- Avocado – 60g

Instructions
- Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
- Cut the avocado, mash with salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spread the mashed avocado over the toasted bread, slice the eggs, and place them on top.
- Sprinkle with chili flakes (if using) and enjoy warm.
