  • 24 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 peach, finely sliced
  • 12 teaspoons hot honey
  • 12 teaspoons fresh chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly spread a thin layer of room-temperature butter on one side of the bread.
  3. Generously spread 2-4 tablespoons of cottage cheese on the other side of the bread.
  4. Arrange the finely sliced peaches over the cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of hot honey.
  6. Place the toast in the air fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes, until golden brown.
