- 1 piece of sourdough bread (or bread of your choice)
- 2–4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 1/2 peach, finely sliced
- 1–2 teaspoons hot honey
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh chopped mint
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spread a thin layer of room-temperature butter on one side of the bread.
- Generously spread 2-4 tablespoons of cottage cheese on the other side of the bread.
- Arrange the finely sliced peaches over the cottage cheese.
- Drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of hot honey.
- Place the toast in the air fryer and cook for 6-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh chopped mint and bee pollen if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe peaches. You can substitute ingredients based on preference or availability.
