  • 24 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 6 cherries, halved with pits removed
  • 12 teaspoons hot honey (or regular honey)
  • 12 teaspoons fresh chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Halve cherries and remove pits, chop mint, and gather ingredients.
  2. Spread the Cottage Cheese: Spread 2-4 tablespoons of cottage cheese on the piece of sourdough.
  3. Top It Off: Arrange halved cherries on top of the cottage cheese and drizzle with hot honey.
  4. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
