- 1 piece sourdough or bread of choice
- 2–4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 6 cherries, halved with pits removed
- 1–2 teaspoons hot honey (or regular honey)
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh chopped mint
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Halve cherries and remove pits, chop mint, and gather ingredients.
- Spread the Cottage Cheese: Spread 2-4 tablespoons of cottage cheese on the piece of sourdough.
- Top It Off: Arrange halved cherries on top of the cottage cheese and drizzle with hot honey.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish & Enjoy: Remove toast, sprinkle with mint and bee pollen, and enjoy.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for easier spreading. Store remaining toppings separately for up to 2 days.
