- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped mint (optional)
Instructions
- Spread cottage cheese generously over the slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer finely sliced apples on top of the cottage cheese.
- Dust your apple layer with pumpkin spice or cinnamon.
- Drizzle honey over the apples.
- Place in the air fryer at 400°F for about 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
