Delicious and easy cookies inspired by the Almond Joy chocolate bar, made with just four simple ingredients.

- 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
- Drop mounds of mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them gently to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. These cookies freeze well for up to 3 months.
