Description

Delicious and easy cookies inspired by the Almond Joy chocolate bar, made with just four simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped almonds.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Drop mounds of mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them gently to about 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. These cookies freeze well for up to 3 months.
