- In a bowl, toss zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce or as a side.
