Delightful vegan treats combining creamy banana slices and almond butter, all wrapped in rich dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 Ripe Banana
- 12 Teaspoons Almond Butter or your favorite nut butter
- 2 Cups Dark Chocolate Chips or chopped dark chocolate
- Flaky Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Cut the banana into about 12 even slices, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Top each banana slice with a thin layer of nut butter, about 1 teaspoon.
- Freeze the banana slices for about 10 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Prepare muffin tray with paper liners or silicone molds.
- Add about 1/2 tablespoon of melted chocolate to each liner.
- Place a banana slice topped with nut butter on top of the melted chocolate in each liner.
- Pour over remaining melted chocolate, covering the bananas with 1-2 tablespoons.
- Sprinkle flaky salt on top if desired.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 1 hour until set.

Notes
